We specified the ECO 3000 Series for the 0.27 U-factor and the 0.24 SHGC - critical in Hialeah’s cooling-dominated climate where summer attic temperatures hit 140 degrees and radiate through lightweight roof assemblies. Fourteen openings, $11,200. The measured survey documented the existing 3 1/4-inch frame depth so we knew the replacement would fit without interior trim disruption. Added the impact-rated sidelite for code compliance on the street-facing elevation and the multi-point lock because a single deadbolt in a fiberglass door is pointless. $3,200. The measured survey caught the out-of-square frame - 1/4-inch difference in diagonal measurements - and the written scope included the custom jamb rip. Photo record shows the plumb bob on the installed jamb and the weatherstrip compression test. Owner got the key and the documented photo record the same day.
